Tobacco Road Capitalists, LLC (TRC) is a privately held company based in Raleigh, N.C. offering management advisory services to a variety of companies, managers and entrepreneurs in the sports, entertainment and media industries. The mission of the firm is to help clients develop a strategic plan for maximizing growth. Clients are typically early-stage or are introducing new products or acquiring new business units in need of invigoration. TRC also assists with corporate communications and crisis management strategies.

ScheerSports, Inc. is a boutique sports management and marketing firm started in 1991 by long-time NBA executive Carl Scheer. ScheerSports has been involved in virtually every facet of the sports business industry over the past two decades.
