Club 9 focuses on underperforming and undervalued opportunities that can be improved by a hands-on approach of providing strategic and operational counsel and leadership.  Club 9 also invests in early stage companies or incubation events/venues where it can call on many years of experience in successful sports venue/team/event launches. Club 9 looks for opportunities to use its expertise in sales and marketing to increase the key drivers of revenue and profits for its properties in combination with its disciplined approach to expense management and performance metrics.

 ADVISORY SERVICES

The same operational and financial expertise Club 9 instills in its portfolio companies is also available to third parties through our advisory practice.  We can provide out-sourced management services that we engineer spedifically to meet the needs of clients.  These services are often on a "retainer plus success fee" basis.  We can manage teams, venues and events as needed on a short-term or long-term basis.  We can also provide sophicticated restructuring advisory and transaction execution services to small - middle market company owners, investors and lenders.  Our principals have demonstrated track records of success in: executive and operational management, startup ventures, corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.  Club 9 Sports has access to investment funds and close relationships with distressed investment groups to call on for investment or debt refinancing in these situations.
